Challenge

The TROX procurement department has a high relevance in the organization and is defined as a key driver for business success. To elevate their digital procurement transformation, TROX was looking for a digital solution provider to support their fast track program and achieve full transparency across all their global business units ie key elements covering spend-, saving- and KPI-transparency. TROX wants to be a leading organization when it comes to the reduction of CO2-Emissions, to gain full visibility into its impact along the supply chain with recommendations on how to significantly reduce or eliminate them.

Solution

Utilizing existing ERP-data, external market intelligence and integrated third-party-solutions, ivoflow built a customer specific procurement ecosystem into one central database. Working closely with the procurement leadership team, we created relevant KPIs as well as actionable insights which they could materialize in a short period of time to ensure a speedy ROI. We also created a central procurement control tower to streamline all relevant spend, saving and KPI data for its procurement professionals.
