The combination brings together Jaggaer’s end-to-end procurement platform with Ivoflow's expertise in Spend & Price Intelligence for direct materials. Together, the companies aim to help procurement organizations move beyond spend visibility and turn increasingly complex purchasing, pricing, and market data into better decisions, measurable savings, and improved profitability.
Ivoflow specializes in helping manufacturing companies understand whether the prices they pay for parts and materials remain aligned with underlying market conditions. The platform connects procurement and ERP data with external market information such as commodity prices, currency movements, and other cost drivers to identify price deviations, market developments, and savings opportunities.
AI-powered capabilities support procurement teams in translating these insights into concrete actions – from evaluating supplier price increase requests to identifying negotiation opportunities and prioritizing savings potential across suppliers, categories, and parts.
By joining Jaggaer, Ivoflow brings these capabilities into a broader procurement ecosystem. Jaggaer intends to further invest in the Ivoflow team, product, and roadmap, including the expansion of AI-driven capabilities such as scenario modelling, savings-probability generation, and proactive procurement guidance.
For Ivoflow customers, the acquisition provides access to a broader procurement platform while maintaining the company’s focus on the specific requirements of global manufacturing enterprises and direct-material procurement. Co-founders Daniel Demuth and Nicolas Neubauer will continue to lead the Ivoflow team as part of Jaggaer.
