The implementation of the ivoflow spend analytics platform has enabled Hengst Filtration to gain comprehensive transparency over its global procurement volume. This allows the company to identify price outliers and potential savings, as well as to track initiatives through the platform’s Initiative Manager. The project has also raised awareness of data quality across the organization, highlighting the need to clean and correctly classify procurement data. Since the Go-Live, 26 buyers from various global locations have been trained to use the software routinely, supported by ivoflow’s timely, pragmatic, and user-friendly assistance. The platform helps procurement teams make data-driven decisions and enhances efficiency, contributing to Hengst’s ability to remain internationally competitive.
