As a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of components, devices, and systems for room ventilation and air conditioning, the company employs around 5,000 people in 28 countries and generates annual revenue of €724 million.

Sustainability is viewed by TROX as a driver of growth, including within procurement. As part of its sustainability strategy, which aims for 100% sustainable procurement by 2040, TROX plans to align its supplier base accordingly. Key suppliers are to be evaluated for climate neutrality, and performance indicators optimized—across all 33 subsidiaries. The challenge was not only to create cross-location data transparency within a single system but also to derive actionable recommendations based on that data.
